Replacement Policy

At Brin and Beau Organics LLP, we take great care in packaging and quality checks before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged product, we offer a replacement strictly under the conditions mentioned below.

1. Eligibility for Replacement
Replacement is accepted only if the product is damaged at the time of delivery.

Claims will be considered only for transit-related damages (broken container, leakage, crushed packaging, or visibly damaged product).

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
Customers must record a clear, continuous video while opening the courier package.

The video must:

Start before opening the sealed package

Clearly show the shipping label

Capture the damaged product clearly

Photos alone will not be accepted. The unboxing video is compulsory.

3. Reporting Timeline
Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests received after 24 hours will not be eligible for replacement.

4. Verification Process
All replacement requests are subject to internal verification and approval.

Brin and Beau Organics LLP reserves the right to accept or reject claims if:

The video is unclear or edited

Damage appears due to misuse, storage issues, or mishandling after delivery

Required proof is not provided

5. Replacement Terms
Approved replacements will be shipped only once per order.

Replacement will be sent for the same product only (no change in variant, size, or product).

Replacement dispatch timelines will be shared after approval.

6. Non-Replaceable Conditions
Replacement will not be accepted in the following cases:

Minor packaging dents without product damage

Change of mind or personal preference

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Delayed reporting beyond 24 hours

No unboxing video available

7. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for any orders.

Only replacement is applicable if the above conditions are met.
